3 new cousins

Roxie's had a busy weekend. First, she met my sister's three dogs - one at a time in increasing predicted order of difficulty: Red and White Tia, who just rolled over and said Hi. 2-year-old hyper-active Breeze (who's picked up the nickname 'Squiggle') - Roxie barked and Breeze hid in a corner. Finally big boy Ice (who used to fight with Jazz, given any provocation) - again Roxie barked, they growled queitly at each other for a little while, and then Ice decided to stay on the other side of the room.

Later that evening, Andy and I went out with Mum and Dad, leaving Roxie with my sister, brother-in-law and the three dogs. She started off in a crate in their lounge, but soon progressed to mixing with them all, and particularly sharing bean bag space with Tia. Breeze was still put in her place when she kept bugging Roxie to play though. It seems our little girl likes beanbags for sleeping on!

On Sunday morning, we went shopping at Batleys (the pet wholesaler), and bought a couple of smaller crates, a smart whippet collar (for the princely sum of £2.57), some assorted soft toys, bumper bags of munchies and rawhide chews, and a BIG box of pigs' ears; amazingly, all totalling under £80!
